On a $750,000 home, a 6% commission is $45,000. The seller spent years paying the mortgage. They own the asset. And then, at the moment they finally capture the value they built, a significant piece of it disappears into a commission structure that predates the internet, back when agents controlled the information buyers and sellers needed to find each other.

That information gap no longer exists. Buyers search online. Listings live on platforms. The book

Yehuda is also the author of FSBO Isn’t Crazy. It’s Strategic., a complete guide to selling your home without an agent. The book covers pricing strategy, how to create a listing that attracts serious buyers, how to handle showings, how to evaluate and negotiate offers, and how to get to closing without a listing agent holding your hand at each step.

It was written because most sellers who try FSBO do not fail because the process is too hard. They fail because no one gave them a clear map. This book is that map.

The mission
