Create a way to indicate if the seller is willing to accept offers from a Buyer’s Real Estate agent in addition to buyers themselves. Under Buy: Search for Home: Change Min area and Max area to Minimum and Maximum Square Footage. Please also include a geographic radius function so that a potential buyer can search for a home with a certain mile proximity to a zipcode. The listing is also supposed to include information about the local area Mortgage Calculator: There are a bunch if items that I would like to discuss with you, but taxes should be a $ amount, not a %. Also, PMI is very confusing, we need to make this calculator more intuitive and also provide opportunities for mortgage providers to sponsor the calculator and provide interest rate information and pre-approval services. Can users compare properties side by side and save their favorite items in their profile?
